I was doing so well. Really, I was. But then it happened… I had to go outside and simply put something in the mail. That was it. Of course, I had to stop and smell the roses. I only have 30 of them so it didn’t take long. ;) I had to check the hiding spot under the Mulberry Tree; peaceful as ever. I had to stroll down the path of crushed hazelnut shells to make sure my native plants were doing ok. But, then I heard Annabelle calling. She wanted to let me know that she was doing great in the heat! Her blossoms have never looked better. Across the path from her, I  had to check out how many weeds needed to be pulled in the area where my Fairy Land is going. And of course I had to make sure my giant Rudbeckia was coming along nicely. I’m not sure it’s happy in that spot. Hmmm. Where to move it? And then… then there was my Inula! Oh my! Such glory! Basking in the sun. And my Chelone is so close to blooming! I just love seeing its little turtle head blossoms. It will be soon. And that’s not all. I had to see if my herbs had been watered. They had not. Good thing I had to stop my office work and take something out to the mail! And of course, I then had to report back to FB! LOL Will my office work ever get done? to be continued…
